Returns

  • You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Certain items such as sale/discounted products or customized orders are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address.
  4. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in the wrong size/style.
